Shipping Policy Details
1. Domestic & International Destinations
Atelier Studio ships to all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and over 65 international countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. We cannot ship to APO/FPO or military forwarding addresses that require USPS Priority Flat-Rate.
2. Free Shipping Eligibility
Complimentary Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout to any single domestic order with a merchandise subtotal of $75 USD or higher (after promotional discounts and before taxes).
3. Address Accuracy & Courier Re-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping addresses, including apartment, suite, or building buzzer codes. Re-routing packages after carrier induction may incur a $10 courier charge.
4. Weather & Holiday Considerations
During high-volume seasonal capsule launches and holiday shopping periods (e.g. November through December), fulfillment windows may extend by 1–2 business days.
